OK, so that was so much fun surprising Mo' Betta last week, I decided to do it again with another unsuspecting blogger.  =)  This week's blog I read is Apples and Twinkies!  The writer is Ann.  She has 2 grown children and 1 teenager.  She is also fighting the battle of her life, stage 4 cancer.  What a strong and courageous woman!  Ann, we all stand behind you as you fight!  I hope that all of my readers will join with me and pray that Ann will overcome her sickness.  Ann has some UBER yummy looking recipes on Apples & Twinkies.  Here are some of the recipes I can't wait to try!

Cooking blogs I read Thursday

There are so many blogs out there.  Sometimes you come across one that just makes you smile.  I would like to start featuring some of those blogs every now and then here.  You know...to show some love.

Mo' Betta is one of those blogs for me.  Kim at Mo' Betta is witty and real.  I think I have a blog crush on her.  She is a mommy blogger of 3 and does a great job at incorporating her entire family into her blog while still staying relevant. She has some great recipes too.  Even though I confess that I haven't tried them (but I want to), some of my favorites are:
