Sorry I'm a little behind today!  I hope you are all having a great week!  Last week, there were 23 yummy things linked up.  There's not enough days in the week for me to try all of the things I'm wanting to make from these parties.  *sigh*  I guess I'll just stop sleeping.  I'll do nothing but back for 3 weeks straight.  Maybe then I'll be able to do it all.  ANYWAY, I know y'all don't care about my lack of time to bake, so on to why you're here!  ;-)  This week's Recipe I Can't Wait to Try is Vanilla Bean Cheesecake from Eating In Winnipeg!  It is positively gorgeous and sounds DELICIOUS!  Thanks to all of you that linked up last week!
